1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
Tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or damaged products
Items with signs of wear, sweat, stains, or alteration
Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive clothing (if applicable)
Customized or discounted items (if marked “No Return”)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return
Our team will review your request and confirm pickup or courier instructions
Note:
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is received in damaged or wrong condition.
4. Exchanges
You can request an exchange for:
Size issues (shoes, lower, tshirt, tracksuit)
Defective or incorrect product
Exchange eligibility is the same as returns and subject to stock availability.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item passes inspection:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing may take 5–7 business days
If the product fails inspection, it will be returned back to the customer
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed to the customer’s UPI or bank account
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange:
Replacement OR
Full refund (including shipping)
