At AllSpeed Fitness, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items with signs of wear, sweat, stains, or alteration

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive clothing (if applicable)

  • Customized or discounted items (if marked “No Return”)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at [Your Email or WhatsApp Number]

  2. Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm pickup or courier instructions

Note:
Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is received in damaged or wrong condition.


4. Exchanges

You can request an exchange for:

  • Size issues (shoes, lower, tshirt, tracksuit)

  • Defective or incorrect product

Exchange eligibility is the same as returns and subject to stock availability.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item passes inspection:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–7 business days

  • If the product fails inspection, it will be returned back to the customer

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds will be processed to the customer’s UPI or bank account


6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof. We will arrange:

  • Replacement OR

  • Full refund (including shipping)
